Being Independent.
Is that really a bad thing? Think about it.
There are so many people out there who think they "need someone."
Who would want to be attached to someone at this age anyways?
Being in a relationship really leaves you with hardly any time for anything else, because now you have someone besides yourself to worry about. And believe me, I have enough worries already.
And how can people be "in love" after dating for 3 weeks?
Come on. When you are a teenager it is hard to know what love is.
This is a time in our loves when we are figuring out who we are and who we wanna be.
We are learning to love ourselves and our lives.
It is hard to be emotionally attached or to love someone when you don't love yourself.
So what I think is that people should really be independent their teen/early adult years and find who they are and be confident in that. They should learn to love themselves. That way when the time comes they can meet someone else who they can fall in love with without any regrets or major personal issues. And hopefully that person will be the same:)
I dono, i understand if people disagree, but this is my take on things.
This is what has been on my mind.
SO peace out girl scout!
